About Our Products

Are your products created for everyone?
Yes, It doesn’t matter what nationality you are or your hair type. We created our products for everyone.
Are there any harmful chemicals in your products?
No. We stay away from parabens and harmful ingredients. We use gentle ingredients.
Do you test on animals?
No. We are happy to say we test occasionally on ourselves, friends and family members.
Do you use Parabens in your products?
We don’t. Here is why: 
If you apply something topically (to your skin), your body absorbs it into the bloodstream. Parabens may partially, or completely, alter the natural state of your body. We have decided not to take any chances and have taken a precautionary measure that doesn’t lead to using products that have already shown traces of harming your body. Our focus is on formulations that contain natural ingredients that will nourish your hair, and skin, with the added benefits of pure plant base ingredients and vitamins.

Payments: What forms of payment do you accept? 
{Paypal} to ensure privacy and security. 
My payment is not going through. What could the problem be?
When you are checking out, make sure that your personal information is in synch with the original details of your credit card (name, address e.t.c). This is important since the information has to match or else the transaction won’t go through. But this problem can be overcome by going through Paypal since Paypal would already have verified your information and card details. If the problem persists, please e-mail us at shop [email protected] Please provide your (name) and we can e-mail you a custom invoice for your order.
On Shipping: How long does shipping usually take?
 Order processing is within 24-48 hours. We generally process orders in 1-2 business days. For example, an order placed on Wednesday will be shipped Thursday or Friday. 

 How much does shipping cost? 
The-shipping costs will be automatically calculated and displayed before you submit your payment. You just add the item to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout. It is located on the checkout page you will be shown the different shipping options and their prices.
Do you ship to my international location? 
We are currently only to the USA but will be opening up more international channels very soon.
On Returns and Exchanges
Shipping Damages:
 Damage or loss incurred during shipment is the delivery company's responsibility. Claims must be properly filed with the mail carrier. Although the addressee must initiate damage claims against the shipper, we will be happy to assist you.
Damaged Items
: When your order arrives, please inspect the packaging for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the items in your shipment, please email us at [email protected]
Our customer service department will respond within 24-48 hours.
Return policy: Unless damaged, all sales are final. If there is damage upon receiving your items, please email photos of the damage "within 5 days" of receiving your order to [email protected] and we will gladly re-ship your order to you. Any other questions or concerns please email us. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for one of our representatives to respond
